立法院衛環委員會今天(21日)審查勞動部主管預算。針對勞基法修正案在上週初審通過，勞動部長郭芳煜在會前表示，週休二日修法「是進步的立法」，對勞工有利。

談到時代力量黨團上週提出「一例一假」修法版本，郭芳煜表示，已和立委溝通過，大家認為，「週休二例」缺乏彈性，而「一例一假」當中的休假日，主張勞工休假日出勤，工資須加倍發放，並且可獲補休一天。他認為，行政院版本所提的「一例一休」較為周到。
